Hamid
Bayazi Hamid is the CEO of Tolerance
International. He has over 25 years experience
in the charitable sector, he has started up and
lead 12 different organisations providing Aid
and Relief, Education, and environmental
services worldwide. Hamid has a strong passion
for people and the planet. He has written
extensively on social development and cultural
and religious diversity, some of which have
turned in to documentaries. Hamid was also the
originator of a number of fundraising models now
widely used in the charitable
sector. |

Naftali
Mandela Onchere Naftali is Director of
Operations TI-UK. He has a long history in
negotiations and implementation of a number of
environmental treaties at local, national and
international level. He has published widely on
issues related to the environment. Naftali has
worked in several ministries including
agriculture and foreign affairs. He has served
as Director of Fundraising for ACORD, Motivation
Charitable Trust, Africa Fundraising Coordinator
–ActionAid, Land Use Team Leader -Oxfam, and the
Netherlands Development
Organisation. |

Lord
Shaukat Nawaz Khan Dr. Khan is the
Chair of Tolerance Asia. He has served on the
European Youth Commission, National Council for
Voluntary Organisations and British Youth
Council. He is the CEO of Asia Link Network and
has been involved in community and Youth service
for over 30 years. In 1991 he was elected the
first Asian Sheriff of Nottingham. A visiting
Professor at Karachi University, he is Chairman
of Child Reach International; Vice President of
International Health Foundation and Executive
Vice President of UK-Association of Human
Rights. |

Renzo
Franchuscutti Dannecker Renzo is the
President of Tolerance Peru, an engineer by
training and an archaeologist by passion, he is
one of the founding members and vice-president
of IISSAA (an International Institute for
research and development of the Ando-Amazon
region). In the last twenty years Renzo has been
active in the promotion and implementation of
development programmes for local communities in
the Andes; equally at ease with ministers and
peasants, he is a vigorous advocate of direct
action for development. |

Martin
Alarco Martin is the Executive
Director for Tolerance Americas,based in Peru,
he studied Business Administration and has post
graduate degrees in Management and Marketing. He
has work experience in several sectors in Peru
and the Americas and before joining Tolerance
International has been doing consulting in the
leisure industry. He is a passionate golfer and
loves helping people. |

Christine
Kasiva Gitau Christine is Director of
Tolerance Africa. She is lawyer by profession, a
Human Rights Activists and advocates for
Children’s rights, Women’s rights and protection
of our environment. Christine has a Diploma in
Business Management and a B.com Degree from
B.A.M.U India, Banking and Finance, has worked
for Family Mediation and Conciliation (FAMEC)
and private law firms. She admires Mahatma
Gandhi’s principles of life. |

Simone
Giorgetti Simone is Director of
Tolerance Europe, has a MA in International and
Diplomatic Science and has worked in several
sectors in the field of marketing and promotion
in Italy. After having volunteered for some
years in support of fair trade and human rights,
he is now busy in “welfare to work” policies for
the Italian Ministry of Work. His activity today
consists mainly in helping disadvantaged people
to find a proper place in the labour
market. |

Víctor Raúl
Vela Linarez Víctor is Agronomist
Engineer in Iquitos, Peru, and has 14 years of
experience in planning and execution of
development projects in the Amazonian forest. He
has worked extensively with organizations as
well as natives and farming communities in the
region. He has also worked as an independent
professional in Consultancy; Elaboration of
Public Investment Projects; and Trainer in
aspects of organization and formalization of
enterprises. |

Leon
Menzies Racionzer Leon is a retired
Scottish businessman now heads TICOFFs business
relations,and has over 40 years of experience in
the financial sector. Leon has been instrumental
in the founding and running of several charities
including the largest housing association. Leon
has a strong passion for helping those in need
and is a graduate in theology from Heythrop
College University of London. |

Anne
Cooper Anne is Project Manager for
TICOFF. Anne has held numerous senior positions
in fundraising and campaign management in a
number of major charities including Macmillan
Cancer Support, Marie Curie Cancer Care and
Victim Support. Anne is passionate about the
charitable sector and is nonstop in her
campaigns and activities to make this a better
world. |

Ling
NG Ling heads the carbon foot printing
team of TICOFF. She has a BSc in Environmental
Science and a MSc in Climatology (Quaternary
Science). Ling is passionate about the
environment and has been actively involved in
recycling campaigns in Singapore. During her
travels, she also worked as a volunteer in a
reforestation project in
Guatemala. |
